A4 Sublimation Transfer Sheets

Premium ready-to-press sublimation transfers, printed on A4 (210mm x 297mm) sheets. Designs bond directly into the fabric fibers for a soft-feel, long-lasting finish that won’t crack, peel, or fade. 

Key information 

• Garment requirement: Works best on white/light-colored garments with a minimum 65% polyester content. Higher polyester % = brighter, more vibrant color. Lower % gives a faded/vintage look, and sublimation ink won’t show at all on dark garments (no white ink).

• Sheet size: A4 (8.3” x 11.7”, 210mm x 297mm)

• Not compatible with: cotton-only garments, dark/black fabrics, or standard inkjet/laser paper

• Storage: Keep sheets in an airtight bag/box away from humidity before use

• Turnaround/shipping: within 24 hours after ordering 

Pressing Settings (°C)

Polyester garments/fabric: 185–205°C, 20–45 sec, Medium pressure 
Ceramic mugs: 190–204°C, 150–270 sec (2.5–4.5 min), Firm pressure 
Metal: 177–190°C , 90–180 sec, Medium pressure 
Tumblers: ~190°C, 5–7 min, Firm pressure 

For your A4 garment sheets specifically:

• ~195–200°C, 40–45 seconds, medium pressure is the standard starting point for polyester t-shirts/apparel.

• Pre-press the garment for 3–5 seconds first to remove moisture/wrinkles.

• Peel while still warm (hot peel) unless your paper specifies cold peel.

• Never exceed ~215°C — overheating scorches the coating or fabric.

“Heat press settings may vary depending on your printer, press, and garment — we recommend testing on a scrap piece first and adjusting temperature or time by a few degrees/seconds as needed for best results.”

Safety caution 

Heat press surfaces and freshly peeled sublimation paper reach high temperatures (up to 200°C). Always use heat-resistant gloves when operating the press or peeling the transfer, and keep children and pets away from the equipment during use.”
