Made-to-Order, Just for You

Nothing here is mass-produced or pulled off a shelf — each order is made fresh, specifically for you, once you hit "buy." That personal touch is what makes handmade worth it! Please allow the processing time below while we bring your item to life.

Shipping

• Processing time: Please allow 3 business days for your one-of-a-kind item to be made before it ships.
• Shipping time: Delivery usually takes 5 business days domestically and 15 business days internationally, once shipped.
• Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Tracking: You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way (where available).
• Delays: We're not responsible for carrier, customs, or weather delays — but we're always here to help track down a missing package.

Changing Your Order

Changed your mind on color or size? Totally understandable — just reach out within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll gladly make the update. After that, your item is already in the works, so changes won't be possible. To request one, email us at veltaprint@hotmail.com with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

Because each piece is made especially for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once production begins (including for change of mind or a size/color chosen at checkout).

That said, we stand behind our work — if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Privacy

• We only collect what's needed to bring your order to life: name, shipping address, email, and payment details (securely handled via [Etsy/Shopify/Stripe/PayPal]) — we never see or store your card details.
• Your info is used only to fulfill your order, answer your questions, and (if you've opted in) share fun updates on new designs and drops.
• We never sell your personal information, and only share it when needed to ship your order or meet legal requirements.
